Cleaning Help wanted

Season 2023 as of 1 April 2023
Cleaning help Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm. Cleaning of our 2 holiday homes after check out. Laundry and ironing. On call cleaning of our main house. If interested also gardening-maintenance on other days of the week. Preferably someone from the Gudo/Bellinzona region.
Season/months: from April until the end of October
Languages: German, Italian if possible (English, but not compulsory).

We are looking for immediately
Gardener/garden help, ideal also for pensioners
Trimming of trees, hedges, shrubs, flowers
Cutting and maintenance of the pergolas
Mowing the lawn
Mowing grass on slopes
Weeding, removing weeds via gas burner
Fertilising
New planting
Watering
Care around the cottages
Maintenance garden main house of the foundation
Lawn mowing and maintenance of the car parks at the valley station of the cable car.
1 time a week, preferably on a Saturday, as on these days the new guests arrive and the surroundings of our holiday homes have to be maintained and clean. If required, also several assignments. Preferably someone from the Gudo/Bellinzona region.
Working time: 4-5 hours, in the morning
Season: April to October weekly, November to March occasionally. Overnight accommodation with shower/WC available. Available now!
Languages: German, Italian if possible (English, but not compulsory).
The main pruning of trees, palms and shrubs is done 2x a year by an external gardener.
